The previous years we were a mostly and proudly service oriented place with a beautiful spa.
Due to this year unexpected situation, we are obliged to skip some of our famous services and elevate our already high cleaning and sanitizing protocols at an even higher level.
Our first priority is to protect your health and safety, and we remain dedicated to make your stay with us as comfortable and carefree as possible.
We deeply apologize from the beginning, if for the protection of your health and safety, we had to adopt such extreme, strict and newly known and unprecedented protocols, which in some cases may cause uneasiness both to you and us.
Before you proceed with your reservation, you are kindly requested to read carefully and acknowledge our detailed Health and Safety Policy Protocol and you fill out our Guest Health Declaration Form for all persons in the same room, which is necessary for the completion of your booking.
Finally, we would like to ask from our esteemed customers to be updated, to accept and comply with all requested precautions, that are mentioned in the Health and Safety Policy Protocol, even if some of the precautions may be considered excessive and not necessary.
In case of non-compliance of the precautions, the personnel and the management of Le CONVIVIAL may be found in a very difficult position towards its customers, but also as against the Authorities that have upgraded the importance of complying with the protocols by imposing serious penalties and severe penal consequences.
